E-COMMERCE BRAND ASSISTANT ROLE

We are happy to announce we are recruiting for a new member of the Cloud Eighteen team. 

 

We are looking for a creative and driven brand assistant to work across the e-commerce business and in-store experience at Cloud Eighteen.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

-Overseeing Shopify retail site including order fulfilment, inventory management, customer care and support, sales tracking, new product uploads and operations

-Promotional planning for seasonal events and celebrations, coming up with new ideas for promotions and discounts

-Managing influencer relationships and searching for new opportunities

-Trend reporting, in order to implement these into strategic marketing approaches

-Dealing with all customer service enquiries and handling any returns or complaints

-Supporting the social media manager with ideas, content creation and management of these platforms where necessary

-Creating marketing content for email newsletters, planning these strategically in line with sales and social media traffic

-Assist with the day-to-day running of our E-commerce and in store business 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;

-Must have experience in E-commerce retail (preferably Shopify or something similar)

-Proven ability to handle customer service through email

-Digital design skills 

-Marketing background or awareness is preferable

-Ambitious and driven with a positive attitude

-Self-motivated

-Flexible and able to multi-task 

-Ability to put forward and discuss new ideas 

-Strong English, Maths and computer skills are essential 

-Attention to detail and organisation skills

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Willingness to assist in various tasks

 

The role is 3 days a week - Loughton, Essex based. We are looking for an immediate start.
